This scope of work and the preparation of the Phase I report adhere to the American Society for Testing
Material (ASTM) requirements for site assessments.
A Phase II Assessment involves the scope of work listed above plus an analysis of building materials
and/or subsurface soil and water sampling to determine if contamination exists.
