Underground Environmental Services, Inc. has registered environmental property assessors, engineers, and geologists to perform Phase I and II Environmental Assessments. Phase I Environmental Assessments include all of the following but are not limited to:

Review topography maps
Determine types of soil in area of subject property
Flood plain information

Adjacent Properties and Surrounding Area
Interviews
Review of any properties listed with environmental concerns with state and federal agencies

This scope of work and the preparation of the Phase I report adhere to the American Society for Testing Material (ASTM) requirements for site assessments.

A Phase II Assessment involves the scope of work listed above plus an analysis of building materials and/or subsurface soil and water sampling to determine if contamination exists.
